Whatever the production, a production can only be as good as the people that work on it; and we all know that all the creative and technical knowledge in the world will not mean a thing if the expertise is not there or the personalities do not click. Although we cannot guarantee that every person is going to get on, we can make sure that the people we supply are some of the best at what they do.
At MinicamPro we are very selective, our riggers, camera operators and technicians have had years of experience and are specialists in their fields. We want every production to run smoothly; which is why, with new clients, we go through CV’s in detail with production managers and wherever possible introduce at least one member of the crew to the directors and producers before shooting starts. All our production teams have worked with us on many productions and are all highly technically skilled but we also select them for their friendly and easy-going approach, essential qualities for a successful production.
Our experience shows that even the best cameramen can have troubles on some shoots and are much better in the comfort zones they know. A hidden minicam expert is not necessarily the best PSC cameraman, a sound Recordist is not necessarily a Sound Supervisor rigging 24 hidden microphones in a house. This is why we think it is important to select the right crew for the type of production.
MinicamPro are able to deploy large teams to work on complicated TV shows where we combine the use of minicams, robotic heads, PSC shooting, Jimmy Jibs and Polecams. Our crews are creative, experienced and friendly with excellent broadcast credits.
